Autumn White is currently the Head of Digital, West Coast for OMD. She helps to craft the vision for how all digital channels drive existing and new clients’ businesses. Influence and inspire all teams and functions across the region to ensure the digital vision comes to life in the work. Lead ongoing digital thought leadership and education internally and externally. With the complex and always shifting digital space, she integrates with and across the broader teams (creative partners, media owners and most of all, clients). She focuses on insuring OMD’s Digital Strategy and Investment vision and practices are consistently delivered on for clients. Prior to that, she spent the past several years helping to lead and evolve OMD’s digital analytics offering. Before OMD, Autumn spent many years focused on the automotive vertical. She spent 3 years at Toyota where she developed their internal analytics team supporting the Toyota, Lexus and Scion brands. She also worked on Nissan and Infiniti, as the Manager of Business Intelligence at The Designory.
Jenny has been in technology-driven marketing (on and offline) for over 30 years. She has worked across Australia, Asia, America and Europe and is focused on driving innovation, growth and the evolution of the digital marketing industry.
Jenny was appointed to her current role as CMO of market-leading comparison service comparethemarket.com.au, to fast-track the company’s transformation into a truly customer-centric business by diversifying its consumer interactions and relationships. She is also responsible for evolving one of Australia’s most-loved brand assets – the meerkats.
Jenny is an active participant in digital industry associations, and speaks frequently at conferences on various aspects of digital and the impact it has had on both the marketing and advertising industries. She has developed and run training programs for AdSchool and private clients, and has participated at board level on change management, particularly in relation to digital.
With a strong focus on digital, jenny has worked with marketers, agencies and media companies to implement major digital change either through the evolution or the creation of totally new business models.
Rob Leach is a results driven business leader with over 20 years experience in the advertising and media industry. He completed an Economics degree at Oxford Brookes University and has since worked for some of the world's largest media brands including BSkyB, Newscorp and BBC Worldwide. Rob has an impressive track record of launching and growing digital businesses, leading high performing teams and delivering profitable strategic solutions.
This includes launching Interactive TV Advertising at BSkyB, MCN Connect Australia (Foxtel's online and interactive advertising division) and the BBC Global iPlayer. Rob is a thought leader in the monetisation of content across converging digital platforms. He is an accomplished industry spokesperson with international experience and has spoken at conferences and events across the UK, Europe, the USA, South Africa and ANZ. Rob currently lives in Sydney, Australia, where he is General Manager, Asia Pacific, for Kargo.
Jason Tonelli is CEO of Performics Australia, the performance marketing engine of Publicis Groupe.
He has more than 16 years’ experience in media search, trading, and technology, having worked across most facets of digital media from search to running a trading desk.
Jason was previously the Chief Digital and Technology Officer for Publicis Media, where he drove leading technology solutions, innovation and digital strategic work across the Group. Prior to this, he worked for five years as the Executive Director of Digital Technology and Content at Starcom Mediavest Group and before this he spent over seven years at Aegis developing and leading their programmatic solution.

With over 20 years' experience in digital media & advertising, Gai brings extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of both the commercial and consumer elements of the digital advertising market. She helps drives the IAB's programs to build a healthy, diverse and sustainable digital advertising industry. She has previously held senior management and research roles in a range of media organisations including Fairfax, Nine and Nielsen.
Sophie is the CEO of the Media Federation of Australia. Starting her career working at one of the first Independent Media Agencies, Sophie has over 25 years’ experience in the media and communication industry, ranging from working as a Media Specialist at full service Communication Agencies and independent Media Agencies to Senior Marketing roles in global FMCG and Telco companies.
Her most recent role before joining the MFA was Head of Marketing Services for Kraft Australia New Zealand, prior to this Sophie was Global Head of Media for Vodafone based in Europe. Before re-locating overseas, she spent 10 years working for Unilever as the Australasia Media Director.
Ricky is currently Managing Director of Unruly AUNZ, where he believes in utilising consumer research, actionable insight and market awareness, to help his clients supercharge their digital video campaigns and drive business impact.
Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, Ricky has extensive experience on both the buy and sell sides of the advertising fence. Throughout his career at media agencies and publishers, he has worked with major global and local brands within FMCG, Auto, Finance, Retail as well as other prominent categories.
Ricky is a passionate advocate of innovation to improve the consumer experience, and has continually strived to push the boundaries for his organisation in an ever-changing digital landscape.
In his previous role as Chief Investment Officer for Maxus, Ricky oversaw all major investment across the agency. He upskilled his team to become leaders in media mix modelling - in turn helping their clients to drive efficiencies through screen agnostic planning and fluid investment across the media mix.
Ben is an Australian digital industry pioneer with 20 years experience in digital media, ad technology and advertising.
Ben has enjoyed an impressive career with a focus on creating and building successful media businesses with high profile roles as Group Sales Manager at Yahoo!7; Co-founder of Allure Media and Managing Director of AdRoll in APAC. In addition to this Ben was founding Chairman of the IAB Technology Council.
Ben is a successful and motivated leader passionate about digital media, and how technology and creativity can be blended to create new and profitable revenue streams. This is reflected in the support and investment he provides to a range of high growth technology businesses.
