Welcome & Opening Remarks
09.00 - 09:15

Keynote: We are about to witness Out of Home’s programmatic revolution
09:15 - 09:50

Speakers:
Brendon Cook, Founder and CEO, oOh!media

With the advertiser and its consumer at its heart and driven by machine learning, digital natives should take note of Outdoors vision for an automated programmatic future.

Famous for being a one to many medium, the traditional Out of Home industry has been on a steep learning curve as it masters digital, data and tech to evolve into a new medium that can be smarter and faster at reaching more of the right consumers. Brendon will also share how marketers today have a lot more in common than they first thought with Sunlight soap and Unilever founder, Lord Lever and jolly old Santa Claus himself.

Keynote: Where is the TRUST? - Programmatic is now the default setting for our industry, but how can we overcome our trust issues?
09.50 - 10.25

Speakers:
Ricky Chanana, Managing Director, AUNZ, Unruly

Programmatic is here to stay, but with brand safety scares, miscalculated metrics, fraud issues and consumer data concerns to name a few, there are still some big hurdles to get past before we can move forward. In this session video ad tech platform Unruly will explore these issues and discuss how challenging the status quo will restore trust and unlock the true potential of programmatic.

Coffee Break

Keynote: Optimise for Mobile Eyes
10:55 - 11.20

Speakers:
Rob Leach, General Manager, APAC, Kargo

With ad budgets shifting to mobile, marketers are looking for unique ways to break through to consumers. But what types of ads are best suited for the mobile screen?

Kargo partnered with MediaScience to evaluate the effectiveness of nine different mobile ad formats within the mobile web environment, including industry standard banner units, animated display ads, and short form video units of various sizes. Join Robert Leach, General Manager, Kargo as he uncovers which formats excel on mobile devices and how marketers can take advantage of understanding how consumers respond to a wide variety of ad unit formats.

The objective of the study was to identify which mobile ad formats produce the strongest brand impact via survey metrics such as awareness and likeability, along with an understanding of how consumers implicitly react to ads by measuring eye tracking and biometrics. The study was conducted with participants in MediaScience’s media labs across New York, Chicago, and Austin. A mixed experimental design was set up so that each participant was randomly exposed to five different brands and ad formats within predetermined editorial content.

Takeaways: Attendees will be able to...

• Understand why some mobile ads are more effective than others
• Implement best practices to optimize mobile ad content, formats and creative
• Make informed decisions to maximize mobile Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
