Originally from Vancouver Canada, Indy started in digital media prior to the rise of Programmatic when joining a SEO start up managing their display network. He then moved to Sydney Australia as Global GM of an independent trading desk managing remote offices in San Francisco, Buenos Aires, Singapore and Sydney before moving to agency land.
When he’s not leading ad operation and client relationship teams’ in the ‘Programmatic Evolution’ - you can find him; repurposing cricket grounds for soccer pitches, looking out for new apps to make his life a bit more efficient, and/or fueling his entrepreneurial spirit by incubating new business ideas.
Ant has 25 years experience in senior sales and marketing roles across telecommunications and finance.

With over 20 years' experience in digital media & advertising, Gai brings extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of both the commercial and consumer elements of the digital advertising market. She helps drives the IAB's programs to build a healthy, diverse and sustainable digital advertising industry. She has previously held senior management and research roles in a range of media organisations including Fairfax, Nine and Nielsen.

Throughout his career at media agencies and publishers, he has worked with major global and local brands within FMCG, Auto, Finance, Retail as well as other prominent categories.
Ricky is a passionate advocate of innovation to improve the consumer experience, and has continually strived to push the boundaries for his organisation in an ever-changing digital landscape.
In his previous role as Chief Investment Officer for Maxus, Ricky oversaw all major investment across the agency. He upskilled his team to become leaders in media mix modelling - in turn helping their clients to drive efficiencies through screen agnostic planning and fluid investment across the media mix.
Ryf enjoys a strong network across the Asia Pacific region which he has cultivated across his career. He holds an MBA from the University of Otago Business School and is passionate about change and the continual learning required to keep ahead of the curve.
