Zane has previously worked with multiple ad exchanges, ad networks, DSP’s, DMP’s and SSP’s as a digital marketer. He is a member of the IAB Board and frequently lectures at Unitec on programmatic topics. Zane brings his overseas experience in media planning and traffic management along with a strong knowledge of social media strategy. He heads the ad ops team from end-to-end campaign management, daily optimisation, strategy development, reporting and account management.
I am passionate about leading innovation in the world of marketing and communications. Innovation that leads to an inspiring workplace for internal teams, a rewarding partnership for clients and a profitable business for the overall agency.
With experience spanning all types of marketing agencies (from Brand, to Creative ATL, to Digital, to CRM and to Media), I have been part of marketing leadership teams for the past 12 years.
A strategist originally by trade, I have progressed to leading agency teams across Strategy, Search, Digital Media, UX, Data, Digital Production and Programmatic.
Despite my move into more leadership positions in recent times, I have never lost my passion for the work. Keeping a hands-on role in the development of award winning campaigns (including Cannes, Cristal and Festival of Media). Inspiring great talent to produce outstanding work is what continues to excite me about this industry. I believe if the work and servicing of clients is a top priority, the profitable success will always follow.

Arnaud Calonne is an adtech specialist with a track record in business development over 17 years across the UK, France and New Zealand. As Sales Director of Verizon Media New Zealand, Arnaud leads the growing ad-tech business, which encompasses the only local team of programmatic specialists in the country. Prior to his role with Verizon Media, Arnaud launched Adrider, a successful Performance Ad Network and Social Media Agency in Paris in 2005. When he moved to New Zealand in 2011, he sold the business to Havas Media, France.
Melanie Gielen is a sales, operations and programmatic specialist with extensive experience in working for a number of NZ Media owners such as TVNZ, Stuff and Mediaworks Limited. With more than 11 years’ experience, Melanie played the lead operations role in the launch of New Zealand's first Ondemand video platform in 2007 (TVNZ Ondemand), before she moved into a Sales Management role for Trade Me Jobs.
More recently she has been working at Mediaworks as the Head of Ad Operations & Monetisation, where she's responsible for digital monetisation, business strategies and leading successful Ad Operations team while leading the on-going development of the business's digital product.
I am a passionate digital media leader with experience spanning the US & abroad.
I have held posts specializing in full communications planning as well digital media investment, from strategy through to operations. Off the back of this experience I have a love and respect for addressable buying, data management and innovative techniques in VVF, social & search.

We promote and advocate for an industry environment of free and legitimate commercial communication guided by industry self-regulation and promoting commercial transparency with all media, communications agencies and other support consultancies.
