Autumn White is currently the Head of Digital, West Coast for OMD. She helps to craft the vision for how all digital channels drive existing and new clients’ businesses. Influence and inspire all teams and functions across the region to ensure the digital vision comes to life in the work. Lead ongoing digital thought leadership and education internally and externally. With the complex and always shifting digital space, she integrates with and across the broader teams (creative partners, media owners and most of all, clients). She focuses on insuring OMD’s Digital Strategy and Investment vision and practices are consistently delivered on for clients. Prior to that, she spent the past several years helping to lead and evolve OMD’s digital analytics offering. Before OMD, Autumn spent many years focused on the automotive vertical. She spent 3 years at Toyota where she developed their internal analytics team supporting the Toyota, Lexus and Scion brands. She also worked on Nissan and Infiniti, as the Manager of Business Intelligence at The Designory.

Jenny has been in technology-driven marketing (on and offline) for over 30 years. She has worked across Australia, Asia, America and Europe and is focused on driving innovation, growth and the evolution of the digital marketing industry.

Jenny was appointed to her current role as CMO of market-leading comparison service comparethemarket.com.au, to fast-track the company’s transformation into a truly customer-centric business by diversifying its consumer interactions and relationships. She is also responsible for evolving one of Australia’s most-loved brand assets – the meerkats.

Jenny is an active participant in digital industry associations, and speaks frequently at conferences on various aspects of digital and the impact it has had on both the marketing and advertising industries. She has developed and run training programs for AdSchool and private clients, and has participated at board level on change management, particularly in relation to digital.

With a strong focus on digital, jenny has worked with marketers, agencies and media companies to implement major digital change either through the evolution or the creation of totally new business models.

Stephanie Famolaro is Director of Agency API Sales, APAC, at The Trade Desk. In her role, Stephanie is responsible for building relationships with leading agencies in the region to develop intellectual property that helps solve each advertisers’ unique challenges.

Prior to joining The Trade Desk in 2017, she worked at leading media technology company AOL International, Australia, as Head of Platform Sales. Stephanie brings over eight years of industry-related experience, beginning her career as a Sales Coordinator at Sensis, where she sold online advertising solutions to media agencies and brands. She also serves a member of the IAB’s Video Committee.

Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Sydney Business School and a Bachelor of Media and Communications from the University of Technology Sydney.

Ricky is currently Managing Director of Unruly AUNZ, where he believes in utilising consumer research, actionable insight and market awareness, to help his clients supercharge their digital video campaigns and drive business impact.

Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, Ricky has extensive experience on both the buy and sell sides of the advertising fence. Throughout his career at media agencies and publishers, he has worked with major global and local brands within FMCG, Auto, Finance, Retail as well as other prominent categories.

Ricky is a passionate advocate of innovation to improve the consumer experience, and has continually strived to push the boundaries for his organisation in an ever-changing digital landscape.

In his previous role as Chief Investment Officer for Maxus, Ricky oversaw all major investment across the agency. He upskilled his team to become leaders in media mix modelling - in turn helping their clients to drive efficiencies through screen agnostic planning and fluid investment across the media mix.

Zane has previously worked with multiple ad exchanges, ad networks, DSP’s, DMP’s and SSP’s as a digital marketer. He is a member of the IAB Board and frequently lectures at Unitec on programmatic topics. Zane brings his overseas experience in media planning and traffic management along with a strong knowledge of social media strategy. He heads the ad ops team from end-to-end campaign management, daily optimisation, strategy development, reporting and account management.

Ant is a veteran New Zealand media specialist with over 17 years’ experience working for agencies such as Colenso BBDO, DDB, DraftFCB and Mitchells. He provides digital and integrated strategic thinking and assists with campaign design.

Paul Head

Paul is Chief Executive of Commercial Communications Council, the industry association representing marketing communication agencies. He has held this position since early 2011.

A classically trained marketer, he has many years marketing and senior management experience across a range of industries including Automotive, FMCG, Financial Services, Retail, Export and Telecommunications.

Has held senior roles in the NZ operations of some of the world’s leading organisations, including Ford Motor Company, Unilever and General Electric, as well as a number of high profile New Zealand businesses in the financial services and telecommunications sectors. He has spent much of his career championing customer focused and brand led organisational change.

His career includes the following senior roles;

- Chief Marketing officer for a large general insurer, where he led the development of a campaign which changed the industry in New Zealand. He was a finalist for NZ Marketer of the Year for the effectiveness of this campaign.

- Chief Marketing Officer at New Zealand’s leading horticultural exporter, Zespri where he was accountable for marketing in more than 60 countries and gained experience working in markets across Europe, North America and Asia.

- Chief Marketing and Channel Development Officer at a large retailer where he was responsible for retail marketing, E-commerce, a B2B business unit and led the development of an omni-channel customer offering.

- Chief Marketing Officer at GE New Zealand, local arm of General Electric.

- Campaigns he has been responsible for as a client have been awarded gold at both the Clios and Cannes Lions.

Paul lives in Auckland with his wife Dianne. In his spare time enjoys the amazing beaches north of the city and racing his motocross bikes.
