Head of Segments and Digital Retail Bank, APAC - CitiBank

The last best experience that anyone has anywhere becomes the minimum expectation they want everywhere…

Roger is focused on moving companies from a product view to total relationship view of the customer and the customer needs. Communication and engagement shifts from ‘company or brand driven campaigns’ through to personalised, continuous and frequent conversations that are personalised, relevant and customer based. Delivering real time feedback immediately after the interaction and measures sentiment across all channels. Providing insights in the next best conversation and service delivery.

The connected digital platform approach delivers a core base program for conversation management based on a single customer view. This enables integration of messaging across all digital and offline channels. All happening in a seamless, efficient and, in some cases, an automated digitally agile environment.

Theoretically programmatic advertising is a no brainer; utilising automation of customer data to better target, drive repeat purchase and ultimately increase advertising yields. But now, after a difficult puberty, Programmatic has come of age. The cowboys have been pushed to one side, transparency is hygiene, correct standards have been established, and yields are increasing.

This is prime time to step it up a notch and benefit from even further advances in the space. But how? Where? And more importantly, what does that mean for true indicators of success across the full marketing mix? Join Nine, Xaxis, National Tiles, SCA and KPEX as we explore this very notion with practical implementation tips and some provocative discussion.

This panel will explore the changing digital video landscape and what advertisers need to know to ensure they stay ahead of the game.

With the possibility of other browsers following Apple's suit and implementing their own versions of Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP), what measures can advertisers take to ensure consumer eyeballs aren't separated from targeted advertising. What implications does this have on the idea of Universal ID?
What about audibility? HAVOC is a metric many advertisers are wedded to, but in the age of browsers penalising publishers for running sound on ads, are audio metrics still valid? How can advertisers optimise creative for sound off environments? And are there better measures of success?
