Currently the Chief Digital Officer of National Tiles, Lynna has led the dramatic digital transformation strategy of the business generating significant e-commerce sales growth, including propelling nationalities.com.au to the #1 ranking tile website in Australia. Inside Retail recently announced National Tiles as Runner Up for the 2019 Retailer Awards Customer Experience of the Year category.
Lynna’s consumer-centric mindset has been acquired through stakeholder roles across the retail and wholesale sector including digital pure play and omni-channel formats. Her wealth of retail experience across all functions has contributed significantly to building highly profitable end-to-end operating models and go-to market e-commerce strategies. She credits her success to her hands on approach, insight driven decision-making and relentless pursuit to improve and challenge the status quo.
